i'm so stupid..blablabla luh!

ok..enough bout that.

today's napfa was so-so..
my inclined pull up was like grade D luh...
did 9... juz one more to get a pathetic C.. whatever.
my shuttle run was 11.1s.. slow enough to get grade A.
wahahaha..
my muscle pulled yesterday.. pain luh!

was running 200m..
juz 10m or so after starting i pulled my left thigh muscle..
aargh.. nvm.. it's juz a mini race..

I HATE amanda tan from nanyang girls' high..
nanyang big luh.. dao me..
so wat if u're faster than me now huh?!
remember i overtook u some time back..
u're slow.
taking the fact that i run juz a few times once every 6 months..
